Creating a Site About Your Passion And Generating Income Too!

As a landscaper designer, I actually have a home business, which is great.

However, about a year and a half ago, I decided I wanted something more. I'm always looking for new projects.

Wanting to have another source of income, I decided to create a website based on my passion......landscape design.

The problem was that I didn't have a clue as to where to begin! I did have a website already, but that was created by a professional web designer. And I certainly was not a professional when it came to "techie" stuff!

Somehow, some way, I stumbled upon (no, I REALLY stumbled upon) Site Build It! After doing some research, I decided not only did I like the "all inclusive" concept, but also felt that it was a well known name and trustworthy. I liked everything I read and became very excited and optimistic that I could make it a success.

However, although it sounded like a great product, I admit I was still a little skeptical. But there were so many positive things about the entire process. I particularly liked that I did not have to have any technical knowledge.

So I decided to spend the few hundred dollars and give it a try.

It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Why?

Because I am making a VERY NICE monthly income, and it keeps growing. I also get many compliments on my site from my many visitors.

At the present time, I am averaging over 3000 visitors per day! There are many other SBI success stories.

Here are some testimonials and more great success stories that you might like to read about.

"My goal was to build an online business that would generate an income equal (or greater, of course) to the salary I was earning. And also wouldn't be dependant on any country's economy (as my country's economy is in shambles...)."

"I no longer work from home in the evenings and my income is constantly growing. Right now, it's double what I was making when I was standing behind a chair... I do what needs to be done the most at any given time and the nature of website building is such that I can stop or take a break at any point and carry on when time allows. I can work in my pyjamas and fuzzy slippers and switch from work mode to mommy/caretaker to silly dance partner whenever the mood strikes."

"There's nothing magic about SBI's servers, of course. It's all in the step-by-step logical process, and the tools that "do" the process. SBI doesn't just give you the tools to build a web site, SBI helps you build a successful web business. As I said, I checked out the Net completely, and I had never seen a page of success stories like this one... and now we are on it, too -- one of the top-ranked sites (sorry for bragging a little)."

I truly believe that anyone with a passion or special knowledge about a subject can also be successful.

There are three ways I make money with my site:

  1. Google Ads (known as Adsense) - I earn money when people click on an ad that appears on my site. This is where the majority of the monthly income comes from. And it is as easy as pie!
  2. E-book - I wrote an ebook on landscape design and offer it for sale on my site.
  3. Landscape Design Services - I now can reach out to homeowners who are out of my local area.

I am just beginning to take a stab at Affiliate Marketing. This is where I provide content and make suggestions as to where to buy quality products. If a visitor clicks over to the affiliate partner's site, I earn a commission. The customer does not pay any more for the product.

"But I don't know anything about those things!"

You are probably thinking this. But the thing is, I didn't know anything either! SiteBuild It! was created with beginners in mind.... for people that have never built a web site in their life. Although it caters to those beginners, I found it to be applicable to anyone of any experience level.

You can take a look at what I mean by getting the free ebook that SBI offers.

I feel very proud of what I have created …..and the extra income allows me to splurge on luxuries! I am about to purchase a new computer. Because of the numerous design and graphics programs I use, I need one that is quite powerful and very advanced. We all know that means very expensive! So it will be paid for from some of the money I have made from SBI. This is just a small example.

I heard a great quote recently:The difference between those who do it and those who don't do it is that the people who do it....do it!

Regards,

Susan
