Flowers All Season!

Nepeta 'Walker's Low'
Nepeta 'Walker's Low' - that's one of mine.
This plant gets to be about 12" to 18" high and about 30" to 36" diameter.
It has a gray green foliage color similar to Lavender (of which my favorite is 'Hidcote'). The two outstanding features are that it flowers just about all season and it is definitely, without a doubt, drought tolerant!
The purple flowers are soft and once again, similar to the flowers found on Lavender.
You can cut this plant down if it gets a little sad looking mid summer (not really that sad, you could do nothing and still be happy), and it will quickly grow back again.
It looks pretty with Coneflower, Shrub Roses, such as 'Knockout', and also Fountain Grass.
Nepeta is a happy mainstay perennial in my garden and a reliable one too.
