Cool Garden Things

by GartenGrl
(Michigan)

I am a big fan of the double knock out series of roses. I like to combine them with fountain grass and coneflower for a very casual but abundant blooming look and feel.

I like the Knockout Roses also. That sounds like a very loose, "cottage garden" type of look...do you have any pictures?

Shrub roses and old fashioned ones are so much easier to take care of than the hybrids...and as you said, they have a great look, particularly when mixed with the right perennials.

Thanks for posting!
